I am on my way to the PMA Craft Show at the Philadelphia Convention Center (Friday-Sunday! Booth 521!) and I am so excited to have these gorgeous pearls and many other new pieces to share. ⁠

Akoya pearls are typically found as perfectly spherical white pearls that have a remarkably sharp luster. These baroque Akoyas are a very unusual, organic shape, but they feature the same sharp luster for which Akoyas are prized. The result is extraordinary.⁠

It can be hard to imagine all of the tiny pieces of gold that need to come together to create a flawless finished piece and when the stones you are working with have a girdle (the outer most facet that gives the overall silhouette of the stone) that moves up and down with every facet, building a basket to hold the gem can DEFINITELY be a challenge! ⁠

These amethyst earrings took lots of planning and math to create a seat for the stones that would allow the gems to sit JUST right. I think the finished product was worth all of the mind bending!! *chefs kiss*⁠

I am currently working on a new design using these sparkling clusters of sapphire and ruby briolettes that I wove together. I love how light dances across the surface of every sapphire briolette... Gathering all of the briolettes together creates an even more spectacular sparkling effect!!⁠

This custom necklace was created in celebration of 11 years of marriage. Turquoise, the traditional gift for the 11th Anniversary, was used as a centerpiece in this one of a kind pendant.⁠
⁠
Selecting a 15.11-carat green turquoise from Arizona with an asymmetrical oval form, we surrounded the gem with a bezel of platinum set with an outward-facing halo of 0.71-carats of baguette diamonds. The diamonds provide a bit of subtle glamour and allow for the pendant to be worn with either side facing forward without losing its sparkling appeal.

This custom necklace was created in celebration of 11 years of marriage. Turquoise, the traditional gift for the 11th Anniversary, was used as a centerpiece in this one of a kind pendant.⁠
