I am proud to announce that Original Eve Designs has been selected to participate as an Emerging Designer in the 46th annual Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show, from Friday, November 11 through Sunday, November 13, 2022, with a Preview Party on Thursday, November 10.
About the Show:
The Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show offers a special opportunity to the public to meet the country’s finest craft artists and to learn about and purchase their work. The show is the premier exhibition and sale of craft in the country. It will showcase the work of 195 craft artists, carefully selected from 530 applicants in a highly competitive jury process.
The crafts exhibited embrace a striking variety of forms and functions, including: glass, baskets, jewelry, both wearable and decorative fiber, metal, paper, leather, furniture, ceramic, wood, and mixed media.
The Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show is presented annually by The Philadelphia
Museum of Art Women’s Committee for the benefit of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
The event attracts 10,000 visitors to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia over a
period of three days. Funds raised are used to purchase works of art and craft for the
permanent collections, to support education programs, and to contribute to conservation and
publication projects.

Original Eve at the PMA Show:
I am thrilled to have been accepted into this highly coveted exhibition and to have received placement in the Emerging Designers pavilion within the show.
This year, I will be presenting an assortment of fine jewelry using one-of-a-kind gemstones that I have hand selected from the world's premiere gemstone suppliers. The pieces will range in price from $800-$10,000 and include casual every day jewelry, as well as fine, special events pieces.
The work has been thoughtfully designed to highlight the nuance and interest of each and every stone with special care and attention paid to unusual inclusions, color patterns, and interaction with light. Several suites of earrings and necklaces cut from the same source gems will be included in the display, such as the Malachite Suite at right, which will be making its exhibition debut.
I will also have a variety of unique pearls of exceptional quality and dramatic form; Diamond and Montana Sapphire rings; and divine Opals in whimsical orientation and displaying miraculous play-of-color.
