This custom ring is a recreation of a family heirloom and features an oval 1.06-carat Ceylon Sapphire.
 
The basket has a scalloped pattern in 18k yellow gold wire with four tapered prongs holding the sapphire. The band itself features an ornate wheat engraving pattern that is enhanced with two diamonds on either side adding unexpected, subtle sparkle.
